The staff demonstrated amazing hospitality, always eager to assist. The rooftop offered a fantastic retreat with fine views, ideal for relaxation. The room was noticeably cold at night, and the heating system failed to provide comfort. Noise from children playing in the hall early in the morning disrupted our rest, and the lengthy walk from the nearest drop-off point was less than convenient after dark.

The location was great, a super close walk to old town. You could walk to a market and shops. The breakfast was satisfactory with an inner courtyard with orange trees, greatly enjoyed what was offered.

central location, beautifully maintained facilities, traditional Moroccan aesthetics
Taxis are hard to come by after dark!!! Late-night noise from kids playing in the hall is bothersome!!! Unpleasant experience when returning to the riad due to closed doors in the souks!!!

The rooftop pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after visiting the historic Bahia Palace and the Saadian Tombs. The staff was super friendly, cute us with tea and maps to explore. Breakfasts were enjoyable with fresh local flavors, and the central location made it easy to navigate around.
Had a slight hiccup with not receiving a response for an airport transfer, but thankfully, it got sorted after a call from Hotels.com. Would recommend contacting ahead for transport.
